What I Did: Shaped a clear, fast-paced edit that distilled Nir’s concepts into an engaging short-form format. Structured around early hooks and narrative clarity, the video was produced in both horizontal and vertical versions for YouTube, TikTok, and social channels, optimised for retention and shareability.
